The Hegelian dialectic is the framework for guiding our thoughts and actions into conflicts that lead us to a predetermined solution. If we do not understand how the Hegelian dialectic shapes our perceptions of the world, then we do not know how we are helping to implement the vision for the future.

Hegel’s dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action. Every time we fight for or defend against an ideology we are playing a necessary role in Marx and Engels’ grand design to advance humanity into a dictatorship of the proletariat. The synthetic Hegelian solution to all these conflicts cannot be introduced unless we all take a side that will advance the agenda.

In early November, without warning, the Indian government declared the two largest denomination bills invalid, abolishing over 80 percent of circulating cash by value. The United States Senate pulled a fast one. On December 8, it passed the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The Countering Disinformation and Propaganda Act was added to the authorization bill.

“The passage of this bill in the Senate today takes us one critical step closer to effectively confronting the extensive, and destabilizing, foreign propaganda and disinformation operations being waged against us,” said Senator Rob Portman, who introduced the original bill along with Connecticut Democrat Chris Murphy. “While the propaganda and disinformation threat has grown, the U.S. government has been asleep at the wheel. Today we are finally signaling that enough is enough; the United States will no longer sit on the sidelines. We are going to confront this threat head-on. With the help of this bipartisan bill, the disinformation and propaganda used against our allies and our interests will fail.”

A global conference of senior military and intelligence officials taking place in London this week reveals how governments increasingly view social media as “a new front in warfare” and a tool for the Armed Forces.

The overriding theme of the event is the need to exploit social media as a source of intelligence on civilian populations and enemies; as well as a propaganda medium to influence public opinion.

Despite US president-elect Donald Trump forewarning he would not go ahead with the TPPA, the New Zealand government is pressing ahead to pass New Zealand’s related legislation, says New Zealand First.

“The government is thumbing its nose at Mr Trump and wasting New Zealand taxpayers’ money. Despite the TPPA being kaput the government, United Future and ACT refused to support a motion from New Zealand First to discharge the bill,” says New Zealand First Leader and MP for Northland Rt Hon Winston Peters.

“This is despite the fact the Prime Minister admitted before the election that the TPPA’s chances of going through were ‘close to zero’. Today he agreed it was in a coma and said we are ‘not going to have it in the short term’.

“In the US the Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell said the TPPA had no chance of going through under President Obama before Mr Trump takes office in January.

The United States is going to invest $50 million in the construction of a military air base in Nigeria’s Agadez city, that will be designed for drones' deployment, media reported on Friday citing the US Department of Defense.
